Preparing your video tapes for DVD conversion

Preparing:

Put sequential numbers on each tape to identity them.

If possible play them prior to sending them to us, to make sure they are still working, as video tapes degrade over time.

Please rewind each tape.

NOTE: If you submit tapes containing more than 2 hours of recorded materials, we will split the rest of the content to a second DVD,

NOTE: We are not allowed to copy copyrighted tapes containing feature films or material that you have recorded from the TV. See FAQs

Packing and Postage Guidelines

Pack your video tapes in a sturdy box, suitable for postage. Your local Post Office can supply you with box containers.

Use bubble wrap to prevent your video tapes moving and getting damaged during postage to us.

See details of recommended Australia Post options..
